Blue Door is the largest emergency housing provider in York Region, offering life-saving support to the community’s most vulnerable. On any given day in York Region, approximately 1,500 people experience homelessness, and over 25% are youth. M.H.C.F. proceeds will be used for Blue Door’s Housing First for Youth initiative, a new program that will tackle youth homelessness in York Region.
