Hope House Community Hospice (HHCH) offers specialized services and support to individuals diagnosed with a life-threatening illness, their families, and those who are bereaved. Hill House Hospice (HHH) provides a home-like alternative to institutional care for those in the final stages of a terminal illness. Together, this collaborative will use Magna’s donation to provide much needed hospice services to the community and offer joint wellness programs for clients, residents, staff, and volunteers.
