York Region Food Network (YRFN) provides healthy food access, food-skill education, and advocates to create awareness on food insecurity across York Region. Funds from the M.H.C.F. will improve access to fresh food through a revitalization of their gleaning program, which will put fresh harvested produce into the hands of those who need it most.
