Silent Auction

The Silent Auction launches on August 27th and runs until September 10th.

With over 100 items to bid on, there is something for everyone! All proceeds benefit the 30 Magna Hoedown Community Fund recipients, whose programs and services collectively help over 153,000 residents in York Region.

How to Participate

Participating is easy – simply text the word “Hoedown” to 289-216-5901.

You’ll receive your personal auction link to view all the items up for bidding on your phone.

Once you’ve perused the amazing offerings, you can place a bid by following a few simple steps, including minimal contact information and credit card details. (No charges will appear on your card unless you are the winning bidder of an item.

You will receive notifications when you’ve been outbid, you can note favourites to keep an eye on, and even place a maximum auto bid that increases by the valid bid increment when you’ve been outbid – so you can set it and forget it on your favourites!
